Allison New joined Enchanted Rock in October 2024 as Senior Vice President of Human Resources, where she leads the organization’s talent strategy and workforce development initiatives. With over 25 years of HR experience, she brings deep expertise in strategic planning, compliance, employee engagement, and human capital transformation. In her role, she focuses on building high-performing teams, fostering a culture of accountability and inclusion, and ensuring the HR function is aligned with business goals.

Before joining Enchanted Rock, New held senior leadership roles in the energy and consulting sectors, where she guided organizations through large-scale transformations, M&A integration, and operational change. Her previous work included implementing enterprise-wide HCM platforms and designing total rewards programs to retain top talent. She has served as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning, employee relations, and organizational effectiveness. Known for her ability to lead during times of rapid growth and uncertainty, she brings both strategic vision and operational execution to her work.

New holds certifications as a SHRM-SCP, Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), and Global Remuneration Professional (GRP). She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from Stephen F. Austin State University.
