Our Services are primarily directed to businesses and their representatives. This policy also applies to individuals who visit our website, sign up for our communications, or otherwise interact with us.

We use essential, functional, analytics/performance, and (where enabled) advertising cookies and similar technologies. You can manage your preferences through our cookie consent banner, and you can set your browser to refuse or alert you to cookies. If you disable cookies, some features may not work properly.
Global Privacy Control and universal opt-out signals. When we detect a legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), we treat it as a valid opt-out and honor it as required by applicable law.

Verification and authorized agents. We will take reasonable steps to verify your identity before responding, and we cannot respond if we cannot verify that the request relates to you. Timing. We will respond within 45 days of receiving your request. If we need more time, we may extend by an additional 45 days (90 days total) and will tell you why within the first 45 days. We do not charge a fee unless your request is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded.
How to Appeal Our Decision
If we decline to act on your request, you may appeal within a reasonable time by contacting us at info@enchantedrock.com and marking your message as an appeal. We will respond within 60 days. If we deny your appeal, you may file a complaint with your state attorney general.
Our Commitment to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights. We will not deny you goods or services, charge you a different price, or provide a different level or quality of service because you exercised your rights, except where a difference is permitted by law.
Additional Information for California Residents
If you are a California resident, the following additional disclosures apply under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended (the “CCPA”). California’s law covers personal information we process about you, including in a business-to-business or employment context.
Categories collected. In the past 12 months, we have collected the categories described in “The Personal Data We Collect,” which under the CCPA include identifiers, internet or other network or device activity, professional or employment-related information, and commercial information. We collect this information from you, from your device automatically, and from third parties, for the business purposes described in this policy.
Sale or sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We do share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, see “Your Privacy Rights” above.
Sensitive personal information. We do not use or disclose sensitive personal information beyond the purposes for which there is no right to limit under the CCPA.

International Data Transfers
We are based in the United States and process information here. If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States.
