Davis Zapffe joined Enchanted Rock in May 2025, serving as General Counsel and overseeing the company’s legal, compliance, and corporate governance functions.

Zapffe previously served as General Counsel of Arkon Energy, General Counsel of Argo Blockchain, and Senior Counsel of Oasis Petroleum. He began his legal career as an Associate Attorney at Vinson & Elkins LLP.

Zapffe holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin and a Juris Doctor from the University of Houston.
