Gregory Edwards joined Enchanted Rock in 2023, bringing over 27 years of expertise as a Senior Officer in the US Navy. As Senior Vice President, Microgrid Operations, Edwards oversees the installation, commissioning, and operations of Enchanted Rock’s network of natural gas microgrids. Prior to joining Enchanted Rock, Edwards was Deputy Director of Operations for the US Navy responsible for Central Command submarine operations, logistics, and missions. Edwards is an enthusiastic leader and teambuilder who trains others to achieve excellence, using his project manager skills to drive momentum and keep his team focused on the goal.

Edwards earned a graduate-level certification in Nuclear Engineering from the Naval Nuclear Power School and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Texas A&M. He attended Naval Postgrad School to earn a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering, subsequently transitioning to Liberty University as a Post Graduate Student and earning a Master of Arts in Christian Ministry.
