John Carrington, former CEO of Stem, Inc., serves as Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board for Enchanted Rock, providing strategic oversight across operations, market expansion, and investor engagement. A veteran of the clean energy and technology space, Carrington successfully led Stem through its IPO and rapid commercial scaling.

Before Stem, Carrington was CEO of Miasole, which culminated in a sale to Hanergy, the largest renewable company in Asia. He led First Solar global sales, marketing, and product organizations, resulting in over $1.5B of growth within two years. He served over 16 years at GE in product, manufacturing, sales, and international leadership, spending four years in Japan leading the Asia region from a commercial and marketing standpoint.
