ERock will deliver 470 MW of onsite power generation capacity to Anthropic, underscoring its ability to rapidly deliver large-scale bridge power solutions that accelerate deployment of new compute infrastructure.
HOUSTON, TX, [August 11, 2026] — ERock, Inc., (NYSE: EROC) a recognized leader in reliable, large-scale onsite power solutions, today announced an agreement with Anthropic, an AI safety and research company that’s working to build reliable, interpretable, and steerable AI systems. Under the agreement, ERock will provide approximately 470 megawatts (MW) of firm onsite generation capacity using its standardized, modular natural gas power generation systems to support Anthropic’s growing infrastructure needs. At the core of these power systems are ERock’s RockBlock generators, engineered to deliver 99.999% reliability, meet demanding transient AI performance loads and achieve CARB-DG-compliant low emissions.
Timely access to power has become one of the greatest constraints on bringing new AI computing power online. ERock’s agreement with Anthropic demonstrates its speed-to-power model, providing rapidly deployable bridge power that enables customers to energize critical operations before permanent utility infrastructure is completed. ERock’s power generation systems can be assembled and deployed in months rather than years, providing a reliable, capital-efficient solution that helps customers accelerate development, reduce the impact of grid interconnection delays and seamlessly transition to permanent utility power once interconnection is complete.
“Speed-to-power has become one of the defining constraints on the AI buildout, and it’s a problem ERock was built to solve,” said John Carrington, Chief Executive Officer of ERock. “Our model allows customers to move quickly and decisively to secure firm generation, on a timeline that works for them, backed by the reliability and performance of our proven platform. This agreement reinforces the momentum we’re seeing across our AI and hyperscaler customer base, where demand is increasingly centered on the kind of speed, reliability and deployment flexibility ERock can provide.”
This agreement covers Anthropic’s purchase of RockBlock generators, a core component of ERock’s vertically integrated platform. ERock also provides turnkey equipment supply and installation services and long-term operations, maintenance and asset management services. As a single, accountable partner for its customers, ERock deploys and manages power systems that support bridge power, dispatchable capacity, and resiliency applications over the lifecycle of the asset.
