Regis Malloy joined Enchanted Rock in 2026, bringing a proven track record of driving growth and strategic expansion as a seasoned leader and accomplished executive in the data center industry. Malloy leads Enchanted Rock’s data center practice—including hyperscalers, data center developers, and operators—delivering resilient, grid-friendly energy solutions that accelerate time-to-market, unlock constrained power, and enable reliable scaling for the industry’s most demanding workloads.

With expertise across sales, alliances, marketing, product, corporate development, and operations, Malloy has led sales and strategy at innovative data center companies including CoreSite, Sabey, Element Critical, and Flexnode, serving hyperscaler, neocloud, enterprise, edge, and federal customers.

Malloy earned his bachelor’s degree in International Affairs and Political Science at the University of Colorado at Boulder. He is actively involved in various data center industry organizations and is a frequent panelist at industry events.
